Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that tracking is not always available for all delivery services. If you have any concerns about your delivery, contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to help.
We aim to process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before your order is processed.
Contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we can resend your confirmation.
Returns & Faults
No, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.
Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Full return instructions can be found on our Returns page.
We’re sorry about that. Please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Many HYVO leotards are suitable for training and competition. Approval depends on federation and competition regulations, so we recommend checking your governing body’s rules before competing.
Some styles are restocked, while others are limited runs. Where restocks are planned, you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page.
