UK RETURNS
If you would like to return your product(s) for a refund then please follow the instructions below:
Please send your item(s) back to us at the address provided below. We strongly recommend returning your product(s) with a tracked postal service.

Please include a completed returns slip with your parcel. If you no longer have the returns slip, a handwritten note will suffice. Please include the following information.
Return Information Required:
- Name on order
- Order number
- Email address
- Reason for return
Return Conditions
HYVO will accept for refund only, provided they are:
- Returned within 21 days of receiving your order
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with tags still attached
- Returned in original packaging
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.

UK EXCHANGES
We do not offer an exchange service.
If you require a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement item.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend purchasing the replacement item as soon as possible, as stock may sell out while a return is being processed. This is the reason we no longer offer exchanges, as availability cannot be guaranteed by the time returns are received.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@hyvo-sportswear.com before returning the item.
Please include the following details in your email:
- Name and order number
- Description of the fault
- Clear images showing the issue
Once our team receives this information, we will review the issue and advise on the next steps to resolve it.

Once you have initiated the return as per the instructions, kindly send the items back to the following address. We highly recommend returning your product/s with a tracked postal service.

HYVO SPORTSWEAR will accept, for refund, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.

We are unable to facilitate exchanges from our third party warehouse. We kindly ask the product is returned for a refund and re-ordered.
