HALO to HYVO Transition Challenge – Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is HYVO (formerly HALO Sportswear), United Kingdom (“HYVO”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok or Meta.
2. Eligibility
- Open worldwide.
- Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
- Employees of HYVO and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
By entering, participants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Entry Period & How to Enter
The giveaway opens at 18:00 on 1 March 2026 (UK time) and closes at 23:59 on 31 March 2026 (UK time).
To enter, participants must:
- Post a Reel (Instagram) and/or TikTok transitioning from a HALO leotard to a HYVO leotard. Make sure to clearly show both garments in the video. Start wearing HALO and finish wearing HYVO.
- Tag the official HYVO account (@HYVO_SPORTSWEAR)
- Use the official campaign hashtag: #HYVOTransition
- Follow the official HYVO account at the time of entry and during the voting period.
Participants must only perform skills within their trained ability level.
Please note: Participation requires purchasing and owning a HYVO leotard. If you want to join in and don’t have a HALO leotard, UK customers can buy one from our clearance section while stocks last, until the end of March 2026.
4. Shortlisting Process
After the entry period closes, HYVO will select ten (10) finalists based on:
- Creativity
- Transition quality
- Presentation
- Overall impact
Shortlisting decisions are made solely by HYVO and are final.
HYVO reserves the right to shortlist fewer or more entries if necessary.
5. Public Voting
The ten (10) shortlisted finalists will be published on HYVO’s official social media page for public voting.
Voting will take place via comments on the designated challenge post during the announced voting period.
To submit a valid vote:
- The voter must be following HYVO at the time of voting.
- One vote per person per finalist will be counted.
- Votes must be submitted from a genuine personal social media account.
Only comments submitted during the official voting window will be counted.
The five (5) finalists receiving the highest number of verified valid votes will each be awarded a prize.
6. Vote Verification & Fair Use
To ensure fairness and integrity:
- Automated, bot-generated or scripted comments will not be counted.
- Votes from fake, duplicate or newly created accounts intended to manipulate results will not be counted.
- Purchased engagement, organised vote exchanges or incentivised voting schemes are strictly prohibited.
- HYVO reserves the right to remove or discount suspicious or fraudulent votes at its sole discretion.
- HYVO reserves the right to disqualify any entrant attempting to manipulate the voting process.
Public voting results will be verified by HYVO. HYVO’s decision is final.
No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prizes
Five (5) winners will each receive:
£150 HYVO voucher
Prizes:
- Are non-transferable.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Are valid for 12 months from issue unless otherwise stated.
HYVO reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Safety & Liability
Participation is entirely at the entrant’s own risk.
HYVO accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Content Usage
By entering, participants grant HYVO a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to repost, share, edit and use submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes across digital and social platforms.
Credit will be given where reasonably practicable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
